What is cybernetics?

Cybernetics is an interdisciplinary science of systems and control that plays a key role in understanding and predicting the behaviour of various systems. Marian Mazur’s groundbreaking discovery indicates that the laws governing autonomous systems can also be applied to the analysis of human behaviour.
Mazur’s central concept proposes that human character dynamism — the capacity for adaptation and development — can be described using mathematical formulas, enabling an objective determination of personality tendencies and patterns.
Character dynamism in human life
Differences in character dynamism are expressed throughout life. People move from exodynamism (positive dynamism), through statism (balance), to endodynamism (negative dynamism). Each stage is associated with different traits and behaviours:
- Exodynamism: An early-childhood phase characterised by creativity, spontaneity and behavioural diversity. People at this stage are creative, colourful individuals who often seek new paths.
- Endodynamism: An accelerated, more mature phase. People at this stage demonstrate thrift, foresight and leadership skills. They are predisposed to careers in business, politics and management.
In practice, these changes in dynamism can be observed throughout life:
- Exodynamism in childhood,
- Exostatism in youth,
- Statism in middle age,
- Endostatism and endodynamism in older age.
Despite certain patterns, character dynamism also exhibits significant individual variations.
Character Dynamism Theory — combining psychology and the science of energy
This theory combines a psychological approach with physical principles concerning energy conservation. It provides a tool of high predictive value that enables an effective assessment of an individual’s range of behaviours.
Psychocybernetic tests based on this theory are already used in the military and other institutions requiring precise character analysis. Thanks to our psychological and methodological training, we offer tests at the highest level of effectiveness.
Only tests developed by specialists and based on sound knowledge guarantee accurate results that can be used in practice — for example, in company recruitment.
